See on t\u00e4iesti arusaadav. Kui lapsep\u00f5lves polnud kedagi, kes oleks meie tundeid j\u00e4rjepidevalt m\u00e4rganud, neid meile peegeldanud ja meid tunnetega kohalolus toetanud, siis me ei saanudki seda oskust \u00f5ppida ega endaga kaasa v\u00f5tta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lapse v\u00f5imekus oma tundeid tunda ja reguleerida areneb l\u00e4bi selle, kuidas tema \u00fcmber olevad t\u00e4iskasvanud oma tunnetega hakkama saavad ning kuidas nad last suurte tunnetega toetavad (kaasregulatsioon)<\/strong>.
