Taking on this self-discovery and awareness path has helped me to transform my life immensely. I have been able to create a circle of trustworthy, supportive and inspirational friends; I have created myself a beautiful home and turned my interest in psychology and spirituality into an exciting career. I take better care of myself and my needs and am better at expressing my boundaries. And last but not least, I have become so much more aware of myself and the world around me. There are still some areas of my life that I am working on, and I consider myself a lifelong learner, but my perspective has changed a lot. I approach myself and the world with much more understanding and compassion.
On this colorful journey of self-discovery and development, I have gained quite a lot of knowledge and tools. So, at one point, I naturally started supporting and guiding others. I enjoyed these conversations and felt called to do it more. So, I began to train myself in this area.
My training
I was trained by Teal Swan and her team in Utah to become a Certified Completion Process Practitioner. Additionally, I am a certified counselor (studied at Development Center Avitus), have taken courses on coaching (at Intelligentne Group), peer support and consciousness. Under Teal’s guidance, I have also studied Parts Work. Additionally, to the training, I have practiced the Completion Process, Parts Work, counseling, and coaching for hundreds of hours.
I have also attended many courses related to the field. For example, I took a course on Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), on Dragon Dreaming (living systems approach to build successful organizations and projects), on leadership and co-creating a community “Rising together”, and on various meditation techniques. I have also passed a sexual healing course by Dr. Laura Berman and Teal Swan. I am also enjoying contributing to self-development events and plan to organize some on my own in the future.
Please keep in mind that I am not a medical professional and do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Much of my knowledge comes from my own experience and studying on my own from books, videos, courses, etc.
My background
From early childhood, my life was influenced by the game of chess. I started to play and like chess right away after trying it out at age 8. Since then, I have won Estonian Championships numerous times and also represented my country in international competitions. Chess has helped me a lot with strategical and logical thinking, handling stressful situations and focusing. It has also given me an opportunity to travel a lot and meet hundreds of memorable and very smart people.
I hold a BA in business administration from Tallinn University of Technology, and I worked as a digital marketer for many years. I have also held several other work positions in Estonia and abroad. For 2 years, I lived in Australia, where I did various farm work and also taught chess at Melbourne schools to students aged 4-12.
My background enables me to better relate to challenges from the corporate and competitive sports worlds, which helps me in supporting people in resolving subconscious blocks and gaining clarity to reach your goals faster in these fields as well.
