This self-discovery and awareness path has helped me to transform my life immensely. I have created many supportive and inspirational friendships; I have made a beautiful home and turned my interest in psychology and spirituality into an exciting career. I take better care of my needs and I am better at expressing my boundaries. My perspective has changed a lot. I approach myself and the world with much more understanding and compassion.
Theory and practice
I was trained by Teal Swan and her team in Utah, USA to become a Certified Completion Process Practitioner. I am also a certified counselor (Development Center Avitus) and I have taken courses on coaching (at Intelligentne Group) and family therapy (Kiira Järve Family Therapy Training Center). Under Teal Swan’s guidance and through my own extensive research, I have also studied Parts Work.
My training also includes a number of courses related to the field. For example, Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), a course on Dragon Dreaming (living systems approach to building successful organizations and projects), a course on leadership and community co-creating “Rising together”, and many courses on various meditation techniques. I have also passed a course of sexual healing by Dr. Laura Berman and Teal Swan.
My work experience includes close to 1000 hours of sessions with people from more than 15 countries. Most of my new clients arrive through recommendations.
Background
From early childhood, my life has been influenced by the game of chess. I started to train and play right away after trying it out at the age of 8. Since then I have won numerous Estonian Championships and represented my country in international competitions. Chess helped me a lot with strategical and logical thinking, with handling stressful situations and with a sharp focus. It gave me an opportunity to travel and to meet many memorable and smart people from different countries.
I hold a BA in business administration from Tallinn University of Technology, and I worked as a digital marketer for many years. My background helps me to better relate to challenges from both, the corporate and the competitive sports worlds. So, in addition to regular therapy, I also like supporting professionals in resolving subconscious blocks and gaining clarity to faster reach their goals.
Some moments from my life:
My values
I believe that great relationships are the foundation for a happy life – the relationships with my loved ones, friends, acquaintances, community and with myself. Therefore I continuously study the dynamics of relationships and enjoy in-depth conversations about the topic. I value open and authentic communication and positive growth in my relationships.
In my free time, I like spending time in nature. I enjoy long walks, and like taking photos of beautiful landscapes and tiny flowers. I also love cooking, decorating my home and a bit of balcony gardening.
I spend quite a lot of time expanding my knowledge in psychology topics. I help to organize group meditation events regularly. When possible, I travel a few times a year to attend international workshops and t0 visit my friends living abroad.
