I have been under quite a lot of stress in the past weeks. Becoming an entrepreneur and starting to show me more has been far from my comfort zone. How do I find inspiration and courage to continue in these moments? Yesterday I spent an evening in my favorite meditation studio, tonight I enjoyed salsa dancing 💃🕺 and in the weekend gonna meet up with friends. Also nature. 🌱🌞 What are the things that help you when feeling stressed?
